Fully automatic and semi-automatic winding equipment for high speed production of short rolls. The ALPHAMATIC range covers almost every material, from 50um LDPE to 10mm thick foams. Every machine is customised to the customer's requirements.
Slitter Rewinders
Alpha's range of centre, centre surface, and surface rewind machines, slit and rewind a wide range of material types from thin films to heavy board and from medical films to building products. Based on standard models each slitting machine is custom manufactured according to the requirements of our individual customer.
Spoolers
ALPHASPOOL bobbin winders spool a wide range of tapes from 0.5mm wide PET to 40mm wide BOPP for 10um PET to 10mm thick foam tapes with open adhesives.
Trim Winders
Trim winding machines can be supplied for a wide range of applications. They are available with traverse winding for spooling of narrow width trims or for straight winding with wider trims.
