ALPHASHAFT Slitter Rewinders

ALPHASHAFT centre surface winders for high speed winding of paper, nonwovens and films. The short web path from the slitting knives to the rewinds is common to all styles for accurate roll alignment. The surface drive rolls control the web tension precisely up to the rewinds for controlled rewinding tension up to the rewinds, even when winding narrow slit rolls.

Narrow width slitting on ALPHATWIN COMPACT with radial or linear tracking rewinds. Also available for nonwovens with fully cantilevered rewinds and mating unload trees.

Pivoting winding drums on ALPHATWIN SP ensure constant contact forces with increasing roll diameters, yet maintains radial unload features; ideal for sensitive products such as labelstock and carbonless papers.

Linear tracking simplex centre surface winder for nonwovens and textiles. This compact machine efficiently delivers light slit rolls of the highest quality.
