The SP75 spooler featured rewinding 200µm laminate onto steel cores. Roll end profiles are formed on-the-fly by the die cutting cassette before being labeled, sealed and discharged from the spooler to a vacuum wrapping unit. The machine features automatic removal of unwind splices ensuring 100% good production from the wrapper.

Spooler machines are design for specialist product winding, typically any small roll high volume production can be catered for.
